6 oz Mixed Fruit
8 oz Dark Brown Tea
1/2 Pint Strong Tea
10 oz Self-raising Flour
1 Egg

Directions:
Directions:
Soak Fruit in tea overnight with the sugar
sieve the flour into mixture add lightly beaten egg
line loaf tin, add mixture
Gas 300 mark 2 for 1hour 30 minutes
Cool and store for 2 days
