1 lb ground meat 1 pkg chicken livers 1 pkg chicken gizzards 2 cloves garlic chopped 2 large onions chopped 2 stalks celery chopped 2 tbs parsley chopped 1 tbs green onion tops Salt and pepper to taste 2 cups rice 4 cups water
Grind livers and gizzards. Fry ground meat, livers and gizzards until brown on low heat. When brown add onions, garlic,celery, parsley,salt and pepper. Allow to simmer until seasonings become light in color. Add water and rice to meat and cook slowly stirring only when rice appears above water. Rice cooks in aprox 20 minutes.
