1 can artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated parmesan
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. chopped tomato
2 Tbsp. sliced green onion
Tortilla chips or crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Mix all ingredients except tomato and onion. Bake in a shallow dish 20-25 min. Sprinkle with tomato and onion. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips
