6 lbs. beef tenderloin Garlic salt and pepper Seasoned salt
Bake 30 minutes at 500 degrees. Preheat oven; put in jelly roll pan. Shut off oven and let set in oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven; cover and let set for 30 minutes for medium rare. Bake for 40 minutes for more done roast.
