Grind together 1 large orange(save juice for topping)
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup nuts
Sift together:
2 cups of flour
1 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup shortening
3/4 cup milk
Beat for 2 minutes
2 unbeaten eggs
1/4 cup milk
Beat until well blended
Fold in orange raisin mixture

Bake @350 degrees for 40-50 minutes
Spread 1/3 orange juice over warm cake
Combine 1/3 cup of sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Sprinkle over cake
