Baking potatoes
Milk (evaporated)
Butter
Sour cream
Onion (finely diced)
Salt and pepper
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Cut potatoes and wrap in tin foil. Bake until done. Open lengthwise and scoop out insides.
Put insides in a bowl and mix with milk, butter, onions, sour cream, salt and pepper until consistency is creamy. Scoop back into potato hulls, top with pat of butter and splash of paprika. Bake for about 15 - 20 minutes at 350º.

This recipe can be altered so many ways. I know my niece, Darla Sapp Morgan, makes a few adjustments here and there and her potatoes are always a big hit!
