Ingredients:
1 lb. ground meat
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1/2 c. Uncle Ben's converted rice (raw)
1 can tomato soup
1 can of water
1 (1 lb.) head cabbage
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large frypan, mix together the meat and onion soup; brown lightly and drain fat. To this mixture, add the rice, tomato soup and water; mix well. In a roaster, shred the cabbage fine, then pour the meat mixture over the cabbage. Cover and bake in a 325 oven for 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally. If mixture seems dry add more water. ( I usually buy an extra can of tomato soup in case it's a little dry)

This is a very simple recipe if you have a food processor to shred cabbage. Enjoy!
