1 small onion, sliced
14 oz can diced tomatoes
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup beef broth
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1/2 tsp thyme
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 1/2 cup cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and place in crock pot. Add onion, tomatoes, salt, pepper, beef broth, marjoram, thyme and garlic. Slow cook on medium setting for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. Add cornstarch and water to thicken.
