2 c. low sodium Chicken Stock, 1/2 c. white wine, 1 small white onion roughly chopped, 1/2 c. button mushrooms sliced. 1 clove garlic, 3 sprigs fresh thyme, 1 sprig fresh rosemary, 1 sprig sage, 1/2 tsp. dijon mustard, 1 tbsp heinz ketchup, 1 to 1 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar, 1-2 roasted chicken gravy packet(s) 1/4 cup flour, 2 tbsp unsalted butter softened. Salt and pepper to taste.

Bring a hot skillett to medium high heat. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Salt and pepper chicken. Add onion powder if desired. Brown chicken on both sides until golden brown, about 2 - 3 minutes per side. Set chicken aside on plate. Add onion, mushrooms, and garlic to pan and saute until soft.
