3 tbsp flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 # round steak
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup water
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 - 6 oz can sliced mushrooms
1 cup sour cream

Directions:

Combine flour, salt and pepper. Trim fat from meat and rub both sides of meat with garlic. Pound flour mixture into both sides of meat. Cut meat into 1 1/2 inch strips. Brown meat strips in hot butter turning often. Add onions and saute' until golden brown. Add water and stir to dissolve brown bits in bottom of skillet. Drain mushrooms. Add undiluted soup and mushrooms and cook uncovered over low heat stirring occasionally until mixture is thick and meat is fork tender - about 20 minutes.

Before serving, stir in sour cream, sprinkle with parsley and serve over rice or noodles.
