2 # rolled sausage
2 cups shredded cheese
1 can cream of chicken coup
1 cup sour cream
8 oz French onion dip
1 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup chopped red pepper
salt and pepper to taste
1 - 30 oz pkg frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and crumble sausage until brown. Drain well. In a large mixing bowl, combine cheese, chicken soup, sour cream, French onion dip, chopped onion, bell peppers, salt and pepper. Fold in thawed hash brown potatoes and mix well. Spread 1/2 of the hash brown mixture in a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Spread 1/2 of the browned sausage over the hash browns. Repeat layer.

Bake at 350 degrees for about one hour or until casserole is golden brown.
