2 small pork tenderloins
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tbsp canola oil
1 cup diced onion
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1/4 cup catsup
1/4 cup water
1 tsp. vinegar
Hoagie buns

Directions:
Directions:
Sear tenderloins in hot oil in skillet (brown on all sides). Remove from skillet and season with pepper and red pepper flakes. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes at 350. In the meantime, saute' onions and garlic in oil. Add BBQ sauce, catsup, water and vinegar. Simmer 10 minutes. Shred pork and add sauce.
