4 large chicken breasts, boned and skinned
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup bread crumbs
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/3 cup margarine
1 pkg mozzarella cheese
1 can pizza sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Dip chicken in eggs, then in crumb mixture to which you have added parmesan cheese, salt and paprika. Brown chicken in butter in heavy skillet. Place in a 13 x 9 pan. Top with mozzarella cheese. Pour sauce over the cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
