1 chopped onion
1 clove minced garlic
2 tbsp vegetable oil
4 (8oz) cans tomato sauce
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and garlic in oil. Add remaining ingredients. Stir and bring to a boil Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add meatballs and cook covered 20 minutes longer. Cut Italian or French bread into desired lengths. Spoon sauce on bread, add meatballs and more sauce and top with mozzarella cheese.
