3 egg whites, whipped
1 tsp. vanilla
cup sugar
cup pecans, chopped
cup chocolate or butterscotch chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Whip egg whites, vanilla and sugar in chilled glass bowl until peaks are formed. Fold in pecans and chips. Drop on cookie sheet by spoonful, place in oven. Turn off the oven and forget about them.
Do not open oven during this time. Leave in until oven cools completely or overnight.
