1 1/2 c sour cream
1 1/2 c small curd cottage cheese
1 envelope instant onion soup mix, dry
1 c finely chopped green onions
1 pound jack cheese, shredded
12 corn tortillas - softened
1 10 oz. can enchilada sauce
1 7 oz. can California green chilies

Directions:
Directions:
Mis the first 5 ingredients. Place tortilla over steam to soften, put the cheese mixture in tortilla, place some green chilies in each one. Roll and place in casserole dish. If there is anything left over then just put it on top. Pour the enchilada sauce over it all. Cook until heated, 350 about 30 minutes, let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving. It is good with meat added but fine without.

This came from Doris Douglass. Don Douglass was the branch president when I came back to the Island. She rarely cooked but she made this for us when Linda was born and it was really good.
