10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup water

10 oz package frozen peas and carrots,thawed

2 cups leftover cooked chicken,diced

1 cup croutons

3/4 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
-combine soup, water, peas and carrots, and chicken in large nonstick skillet and cook over
med-high heat for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

-stir in croutons and sprinkle cheddar cheese

-reduce heat, cover and cook until cheese is melted
