1/2 bag chicken tenderloins
garlic salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 small onion chopped (if desired)
package of flour tortillas
salsa (use for garnish)
sour cream (use for garnish)

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet stir fry chicken and onions (if desired) until done. In same skillet after stir frying place a little light olive oil in pan. Place flour tortilla in pan. Put stir fry chicken and onions in the tortilla Sprinkle grated cheese over chicken and fold over to make a half moon. Cook over medium to high heat until cheese is melted. Brown on both sides.
