4 Frozen hash brown Patties 1 lb. sausage or bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled. 6 eggs, lightly beaten 1 cup milk 6 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Line an 8'x8" baking dish with frozen hash brown patties. Sprinkle hash browns with sausage or bacon. Mix together the eggs and milk and pour over the meat and hash brown patties. Top with grated cheese. This dish is best if prepared ahead and refrigerated overnight. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
