Mix well and boil:
2 quarts Vinegar
1 small red pepper
2 tbsp grated horseradish
1 tsp whole black pepper
1 tsp whole allspice
1 bay leaf
Set aside:
4 - 8 pigs feet (however many will fit in a gallon jug)

Directions:
Directions:
Scald, scrap, and clean feet. (You might could get Little Kelly and Chetley to catch the pigs). They love to go hog hunting. Salt lightly let stand for 8-10 hours. Wash feet in clean water. Cook until very tender (remove from bone). Pour hot vinegar and cover in 1 gallon jars.
