3 cups sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed 1 cup sugar or Splenda 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 stick butter 1 egg (optional) 2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 cup milk Topping: 1 cup chopped nuts 1 stick margarine 1/2 cup flour 1 cup brown sugar
Preheat over to 350º. Mix together above ingredients, except the last four. Place mixture in baking dish. Mix topping ingredients and pour over mixture in bow. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes.
