2 (4 oz.) skinned, boned chicken breast halves
(10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
c. skim milk
c. thick and chunky salsa (or Rotel Tomatoes)
small onion, grated
6 (6-inch) corn tortillas, cut into wedges
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded cheese
Vegetable cooking spray
1 large canned green chilies, seeded and diced

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken and water to cover in a small saucepan; cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes or until chicken is done; drain well. Chop chicken and set aside.

Combine soup, milk, salsa, and onion, stirring to blend. Layer half each of tortillas, chicken, soup mixture, and cheese in a 1 qt. casserole dish coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with green chilies.

Repeat layers with remaining tortillas, chicken, soup mixture, and cheese. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours. Remove cover, and bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Divide into 6 equal portions, and serve hot.
