2 cups Bisquick Biscuit Mix
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
(optional fruit/nuts for different tastes)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first five ingredients until smooth. Add additional milk a tablespoon at a time to desired texture. Heat pancake griddle to 350 - 400. With a medium size ladle spoon pancake mixture onto hot griddle. Spread out until desired size. Place blueberries on top of pancake (about 12-15 blueberries). We like lots of blueberries. Let the pancake cook until the bubbles appear on top. Lift the edge up to see if it is browning properly. Do not turn until it cooks thoroughly on the first side.
