1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil 3 Tbls balsamic vinegar (or more to taste) 1 small shallot diced 1 Tbls Dijon mustard 3 Tbls white cooking wine or water Dash of oregano and basil Salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients and refrigerate Lasts about 3 days
Can add as much or as little of any ingredient that you like.
