1/4 cup of olive oil or olive oil flavored PAM spray 1/4 cup water

Chop cabbage and onions, add to skillet with olive oil. Cover with lid and stir frequently until cabbage starts to soften. Add a little water as needed to help steam the cabbage. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot when cabbage is softened but not too limp.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
My mom, Edna Carter, makes this cabbage and it's delicious. I am not positive of the amount of oil and water as we don't really have a recipe. Try it and adjust the amounts to your liking. Not too much oil or it will be too greasy. You can use the no calorie PAM olive spray instead of oil to make it low cal.
