3 cans- mix and match any 3 beans you like from the following list:
Cannelloni, Chick Peas, Kidney (White or Red), Black, etc. - whatever you want
1 can corn
1 Red Onion (Diced)
1 Tomato (Diced)
Salt and Pepper
1-2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
Dried Basil to taste
Oregano to taste

Directions:

Rinse beans and corn.

Mix together all ingredients and refrigerate.

You can also add fresh mozzarella or chicken if you want.

Serve cold.
