1 16 oz. box of Zatarain's Dirty Rice
2 lbs. of ground beef
1 package of Hillshire Farms Kielbasa sausage (pork, beef or mixed) It is your preference.
1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
1/4 cup of onions finely chopped
1/4 cup of green peppers finely chopped
4-5 ounce can of mushrooms (optional)

Cook everything separately. Drain the excess grease off the meat and then combine all ingredients in the pot with the cooked rice.
