Boneless chicken breasts Steak Fresh mushrooms Cherry tomatoes Onion chunks Green pepper chunks Pineapple chunks Western dressing
Grill chicken and steak until they are about half done. Cut up into chunks. Put on skewers, alternating with the fresh vegetables and pineapple. Put back on the grill to complete cooking. When they are almost done, brush with Western dressing. Heat some additional Western dressing to have as a dipping sauce. Serve with Uncle Ben's wild rice mix.
