1 Cup Sugar
1/2 cup karo syrup
1/4 stick butter
3 eggsslightly beaten
1 cup pecans
1 teaspoon van.extract
1 9 inch pie pan, unbaked

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar,syrup,and butter in 2 qt.sauce pan bring to lite simmer,stirring constantly until butter has melted.Remove from stove gradually add beaten eggs,add pecans and cool down to lukewarm then add vanilla to filling. Pour in unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 for 45 min
