Directions:
Lay out individual sheets of tin foil big enough to wrap fish so juices do not escape. Wash fish and place on tin foil. Sprinkle season salt and garlic salt on both sides of fish. Sprinkle lemon pepper heavily on both sides of fish. Apply a Tbsp. of butter or margarine on top. Cut lemon in half and squeeze juice on top of fish. Wrap tin foil around fish and close both ends and top. Should appear like a boat. Grill for 20-30 minutes. Bona Petite!

Personal Notes:
On a personal note, Uncle Jack Smith came to visit and we were grilling fish. He enjoyed the fish so much that a week later Aunt Priscilla called and wanted to know how I cooked that fish. There is no better compliment than that!
