2 tbsp butter 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp dill weed 1 pinch pepper 1/4 tsp fresh minced garlic 2 whole boneless chicken breasts 1/3 cup sour cream 2 oz cream cheese 1/4 tsp dill weed 1/8 tsp salt 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
Melt butter in skillet. Add salt, 1/4 tsp dill, pepper, garlic to skillet. Add chicken and cook medium heat turning occasionally until chicken is brown and fork tender. Mix sour cream, cream cheese, 1/4 tsp dill, 1/8 tsp salt and lemon juice in a small bowl to make a sauce. Service on top of chicken or as a dip on the side
