1/2 lb round steak
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp cornstarch
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/8 tsp sugar
1/2 lb broccoli
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp chicken in a mug
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/8 tsp pepper
1 garlic clove

Directions:

Pound steak and then slice into thin strips.
Heat 2 tbsp oil and stir fry beef until lightly browned, remove from heat and place in bowl till later
Marinade- mix in small bowl 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp cornstarch, 1 tbsp sesame oil, and 1/8 tsp sugar, add beef and allow to stand 30 mins.
Cut each broccoli top into 2 or 3 pieces and slice stems diagonally.
Combine in a small bowl 1 tsp Cornstarch, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 tsp chicken in a mug, 1 tsp soy sauce and 1/8 tsp pepper - leave aside
Crush 1 clove of garlic and stir fry in oil for 30 seconds, add broccoli and stir fry 5 mins, add prepared liquid (not marinade) and stir until sauce thickens, add cooked beef mixture and mix well
Remove from Wok or pan and arrange on platter.
