1 chicken breast
1 tbsp oil
1 celery stalk
1/2 onion
3-4 mushrooms
1 cup fresh bean sprouts
1/2 stem broccoli
1 carrot
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 cup steam - fried noodles
sesame seeds
1 green onion

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken breast into thin strips, heat 1 tbsp oil and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add celery and onion to chicken and stir fry for 2-3 mins. Add mushrooms, beansprouts, broccoli, carrots,2 tbsp water and soy sauce to above and stir fry for 2-3 mins. Cook 1 cup noodles in boiling water to soften about 2-3 minutes and drain well. Place noodles in glass dish or platter and top with vegetables & chicken.
Garnish with sesame seeds and 1 chopped green onion.
