One head romaine lettuce.
3/4 cup extra virgin oil
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tbsp. salt
1/4 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 glove crushed garlic
1 egg
1 lemon
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 can anchovy filet's
1 1/2 cup garlic croûtons

Directions:
Directions:
Start by crushing/smooshing garlic in large wooden bowl.
Add the salt and pepper and continue crushing. (Salt act's as sand paper making it easier to mix the garlic.)
Add three anchovy filets and mash up well.
Squeeze the whole lemon into the mixture. Stir.
Add the Dijon mustard. Stir.
Add the Worchestershire sauce and the egg. Whisk fast for about 2 minutes.
Add the Parmesean Cheese and continue to whisk.
Last ingredient is the extra virgin olive oil. Mix well.
Let chill in refrigerator for a good 10-20 minutes.
Add lettuce and croutons and stir.
Let chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
