1 lb pork
1 egg plus 1 tbsp water
4 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp vinegar
4 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 cup water
2 tbsp salt/pepper and season to flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cut pork into small cubes, leave aside. Combine egg and 1 tbsp water beat together, dip pork in flour than into beaten egg mixture, dip again into flour. Deep fry until golden brown, put into oven and complete cooking and keep warm about 200C.
Sauce: combine ketchup, vinegar, sugar and cornstarch directly in small saucepan, stir together to blend and remove lumps, add 1 cup water gradually to above and continue to stir to remove lumps, bring to a boil to obtain think sauce. Poor sauce over meat pieces and stir lightly.
