4 eggs
1 & 3/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup self rising flour
1 Tbsp vanilla
2 cups milk
1- 7 ounce bag of coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, blend in sugar & flour, mix well. Add vanilla and milk, mix well. Add coconut, mix well and pour into 2 greased 9 inch pie pans. Pre heat oven to 350, bake 40 minutes or until coconut is golden brown.
