1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup water
1/8 tsp pepper
1 Tbsp Wesson oil
1 egg white stiffly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, salt, pepper, water, lemon juice and salad oil to make a smooth batter. Fold in the egg white and dip shrimp and fry.

This is another recipe from my Mom, Edna Carter. It makes delicious fried shrimp, one of my Dad, Willie's, favorites.
