Jalapeņo Sausage Links - sliced
Chicken stock
Cabbage
Tomato sauce
Rotel Tomato sauce
Carrots
Potatoes
celery
Any vegetables you like in a soup or stew

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil, brown, or grill sausage to remove some
of the fat.
2. In large pot, cover cabbage, potatoes, carrots, celery and whatever other veggies you like with chicken stock and water. Boil approximately 15 minutes or to desired tenderness.
3. Add sausage, tomato sauce, rotel tomatoes
4. Bring to full boil.
5. Serve with crackers.
