18 saltine crackers 1 tsp. baking powder 1 cup chopped pecans 3 egg whites 1 cup sugar 1 tsp. vanilla
Mix together: 18 crumbled saltine crackers 1 tea. baking powder 1 c. chopped pecans Set aside. Beat until stiff: 3 egg whites Fold into egg whites: 1 c. sugar 1 tea. vanilla cracker mix Pour into greased pie pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350. Serve with whipped cream
