2- 151/2 oz. can chunk pineapple (drain one can)
6 tbsp self-rising flour
1 cup sugar
2 cups grated american cheese
1 stack Ritz type crackers (crushed)
1 stick margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pineapple, flour, cheese, and sugar together. Pour into sprayed 2 qt. casserole. Cover with crackers and pour melted butter over all. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
