Stromboli Recipe

Dough - frozen bread dough, thawed

Filling -
2 egg yolks (save whites)
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. oil

Stuffing - what you like!
onions, green pepper, Bob Evans Italian (green wrap), Bob Evans Zesty (red wrap), pepperoni, mushrooms, etc.
(my favorite- onions, green pepper, Bob Evans Zesty, pepperoni)

mozzarella, cheddar, combination of any

Grease your cookie sheet!

Roll out dough into a rectangle.
Add filling mixture.
Add your favorite stuffing.
Add your favorite cheese. IMPORTANT: Add filling, stuffing, and cheese down the center of your rectangle. Leave about 1 1/2 inches on both sides.

Make five cuts in the dough on each side of the rectangle. Cuts should be evenly spaced between each other. Cut from the center out to the edge of the dough.

Fold cuts to make a braid. Left to right. Cross over right to left. Bring dough over and tuck under stuffing. All the way down. Pinch at the ends. Spread egg whites over braid. Cook 350 until golden.
