2 cans (19 oz.) chick peas, drained and rinsed
6-8 tbsp. lemon juice, bottled or juice of 3-4 lemons
1/4 cup tahini
3 tbsp. olive oil
6 cloves fresh garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. ground cumin (or more to taste)
1/2 tsb. salt (or to taste)
4 tbsp. water

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and run until smooth and creamy. Add more water if too thick. Refrigerate.
Serve with bagel chips, veggies, or pita bread etc.
