3 large tomatoes
4 cloves chopped garlic
6 chopped calamata olives
1/2 chopped red onion
1/4 c balsamic vinegar
2 T olive oil
2-3 T chopped fresh basil
salt and freshly ground pepper
Good Quality French bread or Baguette

Directions:
Directions:
Chop tomatoes,add the rest of the chopped ingredients. In a small bowl, combine the vinegar, olive oil,and basil. Add to the tomato mixture and season with the salt and pepper.

Slice and toast the bread til golden brown. Spoon the mixture onto the bread and serve.
