2 C all purpose flour
1 C white sugar
C unsweetened cocoa powder
1 t baking powder
2 t baking soda
t salt
1 t ground cinnamon
4 eggs
1 C canola oil
3 generous cups grated zucchini
C chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour a 9x13 pan.

In a medium bowl, sift and combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Add the eggs and oil and mix well.
Fold in the zucchini and nuts until well distributed. Pour into prepared pan.

Bake for 50 to 60 minutes in preheated oven, until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
