3/4 c. frozen chopped broccoli
1/4 c. chopped onion
4 Tbsp. butter, divided
2 Tbsp. all purpose flour
2 1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 c. fully cooked ham
1 1/2 c. seasoned stuffing cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-Heat oven to 350F. Cook broccoli according to the package directions. In large saucepan, saute onion in 3 Tbsp. butter until tender; stir in flour until blended. Gradually add milk; bring to a boil cook and stir for 2 minutes until thickened. Reduce heat and stir in cheese until melted. Drain the broccoli. Add broccoli, ham cubes and stuffing to the cheese sauce. Transfer to a greased 2 quart baking dish. Melt remaining butter and mix with the leftover stuffing cubes and sprinkle around the edges of the baking dish. Bake uncovered until golden brown.

The stuffing on the edges I sometimes used the canned onion (French's Onions for Green Bean Casserole) instead of the stuffing. Try it, it's delish.
