Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 lbs. chicken wings, washed and patted dry
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 tsp.dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp.ground ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
several T. honey

Directions:
Directions:
Mix soy sauce with all dry ingredients. Brush all of the mixture on wings and add any remaining to the pan. A 9X13 glass dish works well. Bake for 1 hour, or until tender, at 350. Drizzle honey over the cooked wings and let cook five or ten minutes longer, coating the pieces well.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I like to remove the wing tips, and separate the wings at the joint to make drumettes and flat pieces. Do not add the honey at the beginning of cooking as it will burn in the pan before the chicken wings are cooked. This is great game-day food--have plenty of napkins on hand!
