cake:
1 box white cake mix
12 oz diet lemon lime soda
1/2 cup egg sub ( I used whatever the equivalent was to in actual eggs)

sauce:
1 box sugar free, fat free lemon jello
1 cup hot water
1 cup cold water

frosting:
8 oz tub of lite or fat free cool whip
1 box sugar free, fat free vanilla pudding
1 box sugar free, fat free lemon jello
1 cup milk

Directions:

Mix all ingredients for cake. Beat on medium for 2 minutes. Pour into a 13 x 9 or bundt pan. Bake at 350 for 35 - 40 minutes.

While cake is still hot, mix ingredients for sauce. Poke holes in cake (use fork sprayed with non-stick spray for best results). Pour sauce over cake. Chill for 2 hours in fridge.

For frosting, mix pudding and jello together. Add milk, fold in cool whip. Beat on low for 1-2 minutes. Spread on cool cake.

This is a weight watchers recipe. It is 2 points per serving. You can substitute any flavor jello and soda. I used orange jello, and diet sunkist, and it was great. Strawberry pudding and berry flavored diet 7 up would be good too!
