1 ˝ cup sugar
˝ cup oil
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 ˝ tsp. cinnamon
2 cups flour
3 cups peeled, chopped apples

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla. Mix soda, salt, cinnamon, and flour; add to creamed mixture. Stir apples in by hand. Grease and flour or spray Baker’s Joy in two 9-inch loaf pans. Bake 1 hour at 350. (Can add pecans, or raisins if you want.)
