1 cup cornmeal
salt and pepper
4 fish fillets
2 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl, add cornmeal, salt, and pepper. Mix. Dip fillets into eggs and then into seasoned cornmeal. Pour cooking oil into fry pan at least 1/2 inch deep. Heat to smoking stage. Drop fish into oil. Brown on both sides.
