3 pounds fryer chicken
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 cup flour
3/4 cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
Clean chicken and salt. Dredge chicken pieces in flour. Heat oil in skillet, put in chicken, brown on all sides. Turn heat on low. Cover and cook 35 minutes. Uncover and cook 5 minutes more on high heat. Keep turning.
